Individuals join our mailing lists and are added to our email database using the forms provided on this website. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone. In addition, we configure our email software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorised The Hold Up staff, including other list subscribers.

Delivery
We endeavor to despatch every order ASAP after it is received and, we only use reputable courier companies. As some orders are custom these will need to be handmade so we allow for 7 days after your order has been placed for delivery. We will be in touch directly about delivery times in some cases.
We securely wrap every order and expect goods to arrive in good order within 24-48 hours.
We deliver nationwide to:
1. City centre & suburbs – Typically, within 24 hours
2. Rural and Post Office boxes – Typically, within 48 hours
Freight
ALL ORDERS INCUR A PACKAGING, FREIGHT, AND HANDLING CHARGE.
This is based on where you are located and the size and/or weight of your parcel plus a modest charge for picking and safely packing, your order. If you would like a pre-purchase freight quote, please call us on 021 228 3275.
Payment Terms & Conditions
We offer the following ways in which you can pay us:
1. Cash or credit card transactions at the point of sale
2. Credit Card transactions-only via our online store
3. ‘On account’ payment is expected on the 20th day of the month following the invoice. This can be made either via credit card or via direct payment to our bank account. Details appear on our invoice.
4. All goods remain the property of The Hold Up until paid for in full.
5. Any costs incurred collecting overdue accounts will be charged to the customer.
